Solution Focused Brief Therapy

In our Solution Focused work together, my questions will guide you to reconnect with your best self —
the part of you that you know can have it all.
We won’t analyse endlessly.
We focus on
• what worked and works for you
• where you want to be
• and the resources that you already proved you have to get there.
How about a supportive space where we target the inner goal and don't stop until we get there?
I am ready to go with you, and discover your powers and possibilities.
And I love that feeling when people finally reach that space...

Many people notice a shift surprisingly quickly:
a sense of lightness, clarity, or direction returning.
I’m here with you in this process.
If this resonates, you might be ready to begin.
Let's see how others experienced the work:

Testimonials

Krystyna:

I came to Eszter at a time when I felt completely lost in my new role as a mother. I had the sense that I was losing myself, and at the same time, I was struggling with guilt feeling like I wasn’t “perfect enough” as a mom or as a person who, in addition to having two children, also has a bunch of beloved dogs, wants to do agility and needs space for herself.Through our sessions, I learned to accept myself just as I am. I came to understand that what I feel and need truly matters and that it’s possible to be a good mother without giving up who you are. Eszter created a space that felt warm and safe, full of understanding, never judgmental, always empathetic and supportive.Today, I feel stronger, more grounded, and at peace with myself. Working with Eszter was one of the best decisions I could have made. I’m deeply grateful for her guidance and for walking with me on this journey.

Sophie:

I contacted Eszter with a difficult and complex life situation, one that I had already tried to process in many different ways before. Prior to our conversations, I had been seeing a psychologist for a long time, which helped a lot, but I felt we were spending too much time and energy on understanding the past, while I needed to function in the present. That’s why I wanted a new perspective and practical advice to help me move forward.Solution-focused brief therapy gave me exactly what its name promises: within a relatively short time, we worked on finding solutions to my problems by mobilizing my inner strengths. Eszter listened with great attentiveness, asked excellent questions, and quickly recognized connections. During our sessions, I felt that she aimed to strengthen the inner resources I already had and helped me see myself and my situation more objectively, from an outside perspective. She had a great sense for identifying the essence of things, and through her questions and feedback, she often led me to realize connections that had previously been hidden from me.I wholeheartedly recommend Eszter and solution-focused brief therapy to anyone looking for support in understanding, processing, and navigating a difficult life situation. The method helps you focus on the present, look ahead, and find the key to the solution within yourself.

John

Two years ago I had to face a quite frightening and rapidly deteriorating mental condition I never thought I would ever have.I was given medication that helped me regain my normal life.
I also attended therapy sessions, which were helpful, but I still felt stuck and would not be ready to live without medication.
However, this was my ultimate goal: to be well without medication.Something was missing, but I couldn't articulate it, just had this feeling in my stomach. Our lives intersect from time to time with Eszter, though mostly only remotely, when the last time it happened, I asked her for help.We started online teraphy sessions, and I was very much impressed by the effectiveness of our meetings. She was a very attentive listener, pulling the point out of my often overflowing monologues, and eventually leading me to conclude for myself about the options that could help me get well, even after the medication was discontinued.Eszter helped me find different actionable "To Do" areas that I can immediately incorporate into my daily life, and what’s even more amazing is that I can experience the positive results from "Day 1" onwards.I am very motivated and excited to continue this journey with Eszter and I am convinced now I can live a happy and joyful life without any supportive medication.

Science based

The impact of imagining on the brain. What you imagine is what you train your brain to execute.

This work is grounded in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and evidence-based imaginative techniques, including Autogenic Training (AT) as an addition.SFBT is a future-oriented, strengths-based therapeutic approach supported by extensive research, demonstrating effectiveness across a wide range of emotional, relational, and performance-related challenges. Rather than analysing problems or revisiting past difficulties, the focus is on clarifying meaningful goals, identifying existing personal resources, strengths, and values, and actively building solutions that are already within reach.Autogenic Training complements this process by enhancing self-regulation, mind–body awareness, and the effectiveness of guided imagery and visualization. Through these techniques, clients learn to access deeper states of calm and focus, allowing inner resources to become more available and change to feel both natural and sustainable. Sessions are structured, collaborative, and goal-oriented, supporting measurable progress within a safe and supportive therapeutic space. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

Living life in complete authenticity takes major importance for me. For this reason I moved to the country that fits me most and always have done that my heard drawn to. Inner growth have always been behind my outer goals. With a background in psychology and years of experience in mental training and meditation, I work from a place where evidence-based methods meet lived experience. Early in my journey, competitive dog sports and sports psychology taught me how focus, mindset, and inner regulation shape performance and resilience.Later, a life-altering cancer diagnosis became a profound turning point. It clarified what truly matters and strengthened my commitment to live — and work — in alignment with my deepest values. Alongside years of Zen meditation practice and therapeutic self-work, this experience shaped how I accompany others today.I now support people through emotionally demanding and transformative life phases, helping them reconnect with their inner resources, stability, and direction — so meaningful change becomes both possible and lasting. It's my pleasure be there as support for my clients.

Thank yourself, to take the first step!
